Next steps • By July 13 – new version of proposal text from activities • Taking into account EB comments received • Taking into account comments from today’s discussion • Define activity management structure including internal quality • Provide figures as powerpoint sketches – professional designer will produce final figures • Provide milestones and deliverables list in the excel spreadsheet available at: https://edms.cern.ch/document/812296/2 • July 18/19 – EB retreat • Finalisation of budget (aim: July 15) • July 31 – draft proposal available for comments • To external reviewers (Eike Jessen and Phil Andrews) • Partners • August: Refinement of all tables, partner descriptions, figures, administrative material • September 20 – call closes PEB/PMB EGEE-III planning 6 Jul 2007
