  5. Unsaturated Fats: Good Fats • Food Sources for monounsaturated fats: *Olive oil, canola oil, nuts, avocado • Food sources for Polyunsaturated fats: *Corn oil, safflower oil, salmon. • Food sources for Omega 3 fatty acids: *Seafood (salmon), walnuts, flaxseed

  6. Saturated Fats • Food sources for saturated fats: • Butter • Food sources for Trans-Fats: • Cakes, cookies, chips • Food sources for cholesterol: • Some seafood, egg yolk, organ meats
