WHAT or WHO IS. "GOD". Is God He, She? Or They? What is God like? What’s the Trinity?. God is the Great "I AM!". Moses said to God on Sinai mountain: “They shall say to me, ‘ What is his name ?’ What shall I say to them?

  1. WHAT or WHO IS "GOD" Is God He, She? Or They? What is God like? What’s the Trinity?

  2. God is the Great "I AM!" Moses said to God on Sinai mountain: “They shall say to me, ‘What is his name?’ What shall I say to them? “And God said unto Moses, ‘I AM THAT I AM’: And he said, ‘Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM has sent me unto you’.” Exodus 3:13,14

God is the CREATOR! “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ”Ephesians 3:9 “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” -- Revelation 4:11

  4. Creator of the entire MACRO Universe

  5. And of the entire MICRO Universe

  6. God is a SPIRIT! “God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him,must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24 • A window is glass. A table is wood! A bowl plastic. • God is“spirit” & “love”Aspirit of love! • E=MC2 Love = God = Spirit. • Did you ever see or touch Love? • No! I only tasted, touched & saw its reflection in someone or through somebody. Through you!

  7. “No man has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.” 1 John 4:12 God is Invisible! Love--like God--is invisible. SPIRIT! So are you! You are a spirit too. In a body! A GHOST! But … I’m not afraid of you. You are a GOOD ghost! And so is God! A good Holy Ghost!

  8. God is LIGHT! “This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5

  9. God is LOVE! “We have known and believed the love that God has to us. God is love; and he that dwells in love dwells in God, and God in him.” 1 John 4:16

  10. And… God CARES! “Casting all your care (worry) upon him; for he CARES for you!”1 Peter 5:7

GOD = Our Father! “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?”Hebrews 12:9 God is the “Father of spirits!” So all spirits were created by Him!—Human spirits, angelic spirits, animal spirits, ghosts & spirits, allspirits. –You too!

  12. He’s the Father of LIGHTS “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” -- James 1:17

  13. The Father wants us to love Him! More than we love the world.1 John 2:15 • 15 “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” • If we love this World --the System--then God’s Love is not in us. Hewants us to love HIM more than the System! He says about idols: • “You shall not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them: • For I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me. Exodus 20:5

  14. God is a Fire! “For the LORD your God isa consuming fire, even a jealous God.” Deuteronomy 4:24 “The Father is “jealous” over us.A protective jealousy! To protect us from Satan, God’s Enemy!

  15. We LIVE & MOVE in God! “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; As certain also of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring’.”-- Acts 17:28

  16. But not all spirits are... ‘Sons of God’ God’s SONS, are God’s children! John 1:12 says that “as many (people) as received Him, to them he gave the right(power/ authority) to BECOME the SONS of GOD, even to them that believe on His name!” The SONS of God are also God’s angels, angelic beings. 1 John 3:1-2“Look, what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not. “Beloved, NOW are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear (show) what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”

  17. Is God a Personality? • Jesus said: “I go unto the Father, for my Father is greater than I.” John 14:28 • Jesus was a personality, so if God is His Father, then the Father is an even greater personality than Jesus! So what is God’s personality like? • “Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort”2 Cor 1:3 • So God is merciful and a comforter. A LOVINGGod.

  18. John 14:8-10 Jesus shows us GOD the Father • “Philip said unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us. • “Jesus said unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip? • “He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how do you say then, ‘Show us the Father?’ • “Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? • “The words that I speak to you I speak not of myself: • but the Father that lives in me, he does the works.”

  19. So who is God! The Father? Jesus? • John 17:21 “That they all may be one; as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent me. • 21 And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: • We will all be one! • Jesus said in John 10:29,30 • “My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. • “I and my Father are one.” • So if Jesus and the Father are ONE, then they are both GOD! And we also will become one with them;

  20. God the Father! God the Son! God the Holy Spirit • John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. • John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and lived among us, (and we saw his glory, the glory as of the only born of the Father,) full of grace and truth. • Jesus is the Word of God. And the Word of God is God! And so Jesus is God! • “.. there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the WORD, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”1 John 5:7

  21. These three are ONE God! This is called the TRINITY. Three personalities in ONE GOD! The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!

  22. The Father Trains & Disciplines us! Hebrews 12:6-9 • “For whom the Lord loves he chastens, and scourges every son (or daughter) whom he receives. • “If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?

  23. Sons of God are Heirs & known of God Galatians 4:6-9 • 6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. • 7 Wherefore you are no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. • 8 Howbeit then, when you knew not God, you did service unto them which by nature are no gods. • 9 But now, after that you have known God--or rather are known of God, how turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements where unto you desire again to be in bondage? • Some new Sons of God went back to ‘religion’ to serve pseudo gods, fake gods, who are’no gods by nature’. • Don’t offend your real Father!--Your real Ancestor!

  24. God never changes! “For I am the Lord, I change not!”Malachi 3:6

  25. God sees everything! “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” Heb 4:13

  26. “Ye are gods.” But not GOD! • JESUS SAID TO THEM: (John chapter 10) • 30 I and my Father are one. • 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. • 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do you stone me? • 33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God. • 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, ‘You are gods’? • 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; • 36 Say you of him, whom the Father has sanctified, and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme’; because I said, I am the Son of God?

  27. God keeps His Word! “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: has he said, and shall he not do it? Or has he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19

  28. God loves the World so much! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”John 3:16
