A1 PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS AND GATHERING DATA Description: *All partners are responsible for -promoting the Erasmus+ programme and the project to the school staff and in the local media. -establishing partnerships with other educational institutions, stakeholders, parents associations and NGOs. -organizing language courses at schools. English language teachers will be responsible for this activity. -preparing all necessary papers for travelling abroad with minors, declaration from the notary or from the students’parents. - a document containing emergency phone numbers, a list with useful expression in the mother tongue of the country there are going to visit will be sent by hosting country. -organize activities in a secure environment and to take into account participants’ protection of rights. -“Certificate of Attendance” will be prepared for the visitors. The common items that each certificate will have are: title, dates and place of the mobility, project identification number, and the common logo. *European Health Insurance Cards will be used when travelling abroad. - fill in the application form by suggesting topics, objectives, activities, timetable of the meetings, methodology to implement the project, follow up activities and all necessary details. *The projects similar to ours and some methods(inquiry based learning and cross curricular approach, action learning) will be examined and presented to teachers of their school. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  4. A2 HOLDING REUNIONS TO PRESENT THE ACTIVITIES PLAN AND GANTT CHART Description: All partners are responsible for attending the informative reunions organized by the National Agency. All partners are responsible for ensuring the transparency of the project by presenting the aims, methodology and GANTT chart to the school staff and students. Take photos and publish them on the website of the project. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

A3 COMMUNICATE WITH THE PARTNER SCHOOLS VIA E-MAILS AND SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS Description: The main coordinator will strengthen communication (using emails, social media, Skype, WhatsApp, phone numbers) by creating a list with the contact details of all the partners and head teachers of the project partners. The Romanian coordinator will create and share with the partners a document containing the details of all the coordinators and people from the team projects. Common emails will be sent to all partners to ensure the transparency in sharing the information and strengthen communication. The partners agreed to exchange emails every month to exchange information about the development of the project and to reply to the emails within 2 working days. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

A4 ESTABLISHING THE PROJECT TEAMS AT A LOCAL LEVEL Description: Menagement, financial, monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination teams will be formed in all the partner schools. *Members of menagement team is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the project, the selection process of students, preparing the materials necessary for the meetings, practical details for the mobilities, organizing meetings with parents to inform them about the mobilities. * The financial teams are responsible for controlling the budget. Each financial team will establish the financial procedures required for the partnership and will make sure to calculate the expenses in such a way that the grant will be enough to cover all costs. Any unexpected costs will be financed by reducing other budget positions. * The monitoring teams will prepare a monitoring and evaluation plan, apply and interpret questionnaires, evaluate the equality of the project’s activities and results, create PoE (portfolio of evidence) to collect all the documents used for the monitoring stage. * The dissemination teams will deal with organizing activities to share the results of the project, send press releases and create promotional materials. -Accountants and the representatives of the parents association will be also involved in the project. A5 CREATING A SET OF CRITERIA FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS TO JOIN THE PROJECT Description: The selection process of the students is based on a set of criteria decided at the school level taking into consideration students’ motivation, gender balance, availability to be an active member, excluding any discriminative tendency. The project is open to any student who wants to join the activities. A set of criteria will be exhibited at the Erasmus+ corner and on the project’s website. The teachers’ teams will be formed by coordinators, head teachers, language, ICT, History, Art, Music, and PE. teachers. However all teachers are welcomed to join the activities. DECEMBER 2017

A6 ARRANGE ERASMUS+ CORNERS Description: The Erasmus+ corners will be placed in visible places and students will be more interested in realizing qualitative things, as mates, parents, visitors and guests will see the results of their work. They will present materials with products created by students and will be constantly updated. Each partner will supervise that the Erasmus+ corners will remain available for at least 2 years after the project ends. DECEMBER 2017

A7 INSTALL DIGITAL MONITORS Description: Digital monitors will be placed in visible places and students will be more interested in realize qualitative things, as mates, parents, visitors and guests will see the results of their work. They will present materials with products created by students and will be constantly updated. Each partner will supervise that the digital monitors will remain available for at least 2 years after the project ends. DECEMBER 2017

A8 CREATE THE EUROPEAN PROJECT CLUBS AT A LOCAL LEVEL TO PROMOTE THE PROJECT Description: European Project Clubs will be created in all partner schools and will be a meeting point for all students and teachers interested in joining the project activities. Between meetings, each school will organize activities within these clubs to disseminate the results of the project, offer a cultural support to students and prepare materials necessary for the meetings. Each school will involve at least 20 students per working session, according to the students’ motivation and interest in being an active member of these clubs and respecting the set of criteria previously established at the beginning of the project, the students who will attend the mobilities will be selected. Students will be encouraged to be active in the online communication and on the project webpages, as well as to keep in touch with their new friends from other countries via social media and emails. A9 DESIGN FLYERS FOR THE PROJECT’S DISSEMINATION Description: Each school will design and offer flyers, leaflets and promotional materials to organizations from their communities and to partners with whom they cooperate. Total 100 flyers will be produced (20 flyers each country) Flyers containing information about the project will be printed and shared in the local community. A number of flyers will be available in the libraries. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

A10 UPDATE THE PROJECT’S WEB PAGES (SEG PORTAL) Description: All partners are responsible for contributing to the social media pages of the project, Facebook page, and also to the eTwinning page. The students will be actively involved in creating and updating these channels of communication. Direct links to the project website page with products will be shared on each partner school website and on the social media pages of the schools, teachers and students. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  13. A11 CHOOSE HOST FAMILIES FOR HOSTING THE INGOING STUDENTS Description: The selection process of the students and families is based on a set of criteria decided at the school level taking into consideration students’ and their families’ motivation, gender balance, availability to be an active member, excluding any discriminative tendency. Students will live with host families to get a better idea about the local culture and traditions, will attend classes, have meals with their peers, join outdoor activities, communicate in English and learn words and phrases in other foreign languages, discover other ways of living, thinking and having fun.Techers of hosting country will find host families and organize face-to-face meetings with parents and students before the mobilities. In Romania the students will stay at the hotel. In Lithuania andBulgaria the students may stay at the dormitory. BEFORE THE MOBILITIES

  14. A12 ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION OF THE PARTICIPANTSWITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES Description: Total 30 students. Students who have Educational difficulties,Culturaldifficulties,Socialobstacles,Health problems and are Refugees will be given special attention and support.They will join activities to prepare materials for the presentations, update Erasmus+ corners, organize short artistic moments for the hosting meeting, join open days events, the eTwinning chat and video conferences. Students with fewer opportunities will be integrated in the project’s activities, so as we will foster social inclusion. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  15. A13 CREATE DIGITAL PHOTO ALBUMS OF THE PROJECT Description: All partners are going to take photos and store them in harddisks.They are going to create photo albums at their schools. They are going to publish them on eTwinning, project website and social media channels. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  16. A14 APPLY QUESTIONAIRES AT THE INSTITUTION LEVEL Description: Initial and final questionnaires will mirror how students’ knowledge improved as a result of the international exchange. Initial questionaires will be prepared in December 2017 and before-during- after mobilities by the hosting countries. Before and after questionnaires will be sent to partner schools before and after the mobility. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  17. A15 WRITE INTERIM AND FINAL EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT Description: The Lithuanian and Bulgarian partners will monitor what products are delivered on time during the 1st year of project. They are going to write a report about the evaluation of the project. The Turkish and Italian partners are responsible for monitoring project activities during the 2nd year of project. They are going to write a report about the evaluation of the project. May 2018 - May 2019

  18. A16 INCORPORATE THE PROJECT RESULTS IN THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM Description: All the countries will help to interconnect methods of teaching and learning from European systems, encourage the international development of the school curriculum, and develop the European dimension in education. The school curricula will expand in accordance with the feedback and methods exchanged during the meetings. The hosting country is responsible to organize and coordinate the activities according to the methodology of the project and each partner will contribute to create qualitative products. Each partner will develop a working plan according to the facilities and possibilities of their schools and make necessary changes. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

  19. A17 DISSEMINATE THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY Description: Dissemination teams will be formed in each partner school. The partners will set up a timetable of activities and agree with the channels that are going to be used for reaching the target groups. Target audiences are fellow teachers, students, visitors of the schools, local educational organizations, School Inspectorates, NGOs and the local community. 01.09.2017 – 01.09.2019

A18 PROMOTE THE PROJECT AT THE SCHOOL’S LEVEL Description: At the beginning all partners will offer details about the project at their institution level, promote the project at the school level, form the project teams and share the tasks and responsibilities at the school level, introduce the inquiry-based learning (IBL) method among teachers, students and parents, preparation of the implementation plan at the school level, preparation of the materials for the project.   22. A19 APPLYING INITIAL QUESTIONNAIRES Description: All partners are going to apply initial questionnaires in English prepared by Romania before the project in the meeting in Romania. All partners will translate it and apply then send it back to Romania before the mobility Romania will analyze the results of the initial questionnaires, interpret and write a report. FEBRUARY 2018

  24. A20 SELECT THE PROJECT’S LOGO Description: Students will work together in creating the logo.There will be contest among the students in all countries. During the mobility in Romanya the logo will be chosen. The project’s logo will appear on all the materials realized in the project, including presentations, videos, booklet and printed materials. It will be exhibited in the schools to raise awareness and curiosity about our project. MARCH 2018

  25. A21 CREATE “OUR COUNTRY AND SCHOOL IN NUMBERS” PRESENTATIONS Description: All partners are going to prepare “Our school in numbers” presentations before the mobility. Students will present them to all the partner schools and exchange during the mobility in Romania. They will be uploaded to project website. MARCH 2018

  26. A22 DESIGN PROJECT’S BROCHURE Description: Romania is responsible for creating the project’s brochure. MARCH 2018

  27. A23 CREATE THE COMMON SONG Description: Romania is responsible for creating the project’s common song. All partners can offer songs prepared by their students before the mobility. MARCH 2018

  28. A24 VIDEO CONFERENCE ON eTWINNING Description: Including all partners Romania will organize a video conference between the teachers and students who are going to attend the mobility. 21ST FEBRUARY 2018

  29. A25 CREATE THE COMMON WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK PAGE Description: Romania will create website and facebook page . All partners are responsible for contributing to the social media pages of the project, Facebook page. The students will be actively involved in creating and updating these two channels of communication. Direct links to the project website page with products will be shared on each partner school website and on the social media pages of the schools, teachers and students. The audio visual materials (presentations and movies) will be uploaded on YouTube. In each school there will be Erasmus+ corners and digital monitors. Both of them will be placed in visible places and students will be more interested in realize qualitative things, as mates, parents, visitors and guests will see the results of their work.   30. A26 CREATE THE eTWINNING PAGE Description: The Romania partner have experience in using the e-Twinning program and will create the project TwinSpace. All partners are responsible for contributing to the eTwinning Page. JANUARY 2018

  31. LITHUANIA – TOPIC MATH IS FUN

  32. A27 CREATE CALENDAR OF THE PROJECT Description: Lithuania is responsible for creating the calendar of the project containing information about famous mathematicians. All partner schools will help and offer information about famous mathematicians from their countries. The 2018 and 2019 calendar will be with pictures, text and the vacation periods from all participating countries. Calendar will be in DIN A3 format. The calendar will be written in all the languages of the participating schools, as well as in English and will provide the school holiday dates of the individual schools. APRIL 2018

  33. A28 PROJECT’S EXHIBITION “CARICATURE” Description: Lithuania is responsible for creating an exhibition during the mobility there. If the weather allows it, the project’s exhibition with Caricatures will be realized in a park or public square so as a larger audience can be informed about our project. APRIL 2018

  34. A29 CREATE “MATH AND CURIOSITIES” PRESENTATIONS Description: All participants will prepare “Math and curiosities” presentations before the mobility to Lithuania and present and exchange them during the mobility. APRIL 2018

  35. A30 CHAT ON eTWINNING Description: Lithuania will organize a chat between the teachers andstudents who are going to attend the mobility in their country as a warm up activity. APRIL 2018

A31 OPEN DAYS ACTIVITIES IN EACH SCHOOL Description: - events and open days For strengthening the communication with the local authorities, institutions and organizations, each partner will organize events to promote the project and to share the examples of good practices developed within our project. Representatives of the local authorities, of teachers associations, policy makers, pedagogical staff, educational advisors, NGOs, and parents association can be invited to attend these events. They are opened to the wide public and everybody interested to find out more about our activity will be free to participate. However, we will promote these events on the schools’ WebPages. Students will play an important role during these events. They will be asked to bring 3 friends to attend the events. 11th APRIL 2018

A32 APPLY SURVEYS “MATH IN DAILY LIFE – HOW HEALTHY IS YOUR LIFESTYLE?” Description: Bulgaria will prepare a survey including multiple choice questions on the topics; “Math in daily life - How Healthy Is Your Lifestyle?” All the partner schools will translate into their mother tongue apply to their students and send to Bulgaria before the mobility. Bulgaria will analize and compare the results and prepare a presentation about it. OCTOBER 2018

  39. A33 CREATE LOGICAL GAMES Description: Bulgaria is responsible for creation of logical games. Other participants will create and bring at least one game to Bulgaria. All participant students will play the games with other students from another country in the mobility. OCTOBER 2018

  40. A34 CROSS-CURRICULAR MATERIALS, “USING HISTORY TO TEACH MATH” VIDEOS Description: Teachers will develop innovative cross-curricular materials before and share teaching methods and materials; encourage the use of ICT in teaching by exchanging “Using History to Teach Math” videos in Bulgaria. Teachers of History and Maths will work together with the students to prepare materials. OCTOBER 2018

  41. A35 CREATE TRAVEL MANUAL Description: Bulgaria is responsible for creation of travel manual. OCTOBER 2018

  42. A36 ORGANIZE ERASMUS+ DAY EVENT IN EACH SCHOOL Description: All the partners will organize Erasmus+ day event in each school. 18th October 2018

  43. A37 UPDATING THE PROJECT’S WEBPAGE Description: Bulgaria is responsible for updating the project webpage after the mobility. OCTOBER 2018

  44. A38 FILL IN THE INTERIM REPORT Description: The Lithuanian and Bulgarian partners will monitor that the products are delivered on time during the 1st year of project. By the help of monitoring reports Bulgaria is responsible for filling in interim reports. JUNE 2018

  45. A39 RE-ADJUSTING THE PROJECT’S AGENDA Description: Teachers will confirm and re-adjust the project’s agenda in Bulgaria SEPTEMBER 2018

  47. A40 CREATE GEOMETRIC TOYS AND BOOKMARKS Description: Italy will organize a fundraising activity using the materials students’ created (Geometric toys and bookmarks) during the mobility. APRIL 2019

  48. A41 CREATE “OUR CITY IN SHAPES” PRESENTATIONS Description: Each partner will create “our city in shapes” presentations before. They will share and exchange in Italy. APRIL 2019

  49. A42 CHAT ON eTWINNING Description: Italy will organize chat on eTwinning before the mobility between the hosting studens and the visitor students. March2019

  50. A43 CONFERENCE IN EACH SCHOOL Description: Italy will prepare a presentation about the project, present it in the conference during the mobility. After the mobility other schools will organize a conference in their schools. APRIL 2019
