Be lean as possible • If you’re not lean it can cause you to gain weight and become obese.
Be physically active • Also another way you can become obese or overweight is if you don’t exercise or if you are not physically active.
Avoid sugary drinks • Sugary drinks can cause two things diabetes and cancer but we are talking about cancer. You might not get cancer from this but its likely.
Eat more of a variety of vegetables, fruits, and whole grain • If you eat more of these foods then you might not get overweight. Also these are good for you.
Limit consumption of red meats • If you eat to much red meat then you can get colon cancer that’s not good but no cancer is good
Limit alcoholic drinks if you drink them • Alcohol is not good for you first it can hurt your liver and it can give you cancer. I’m not saying to stop drinking them I'm just saying don’t drink that much.
