The San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) collaborates with the California Math and Science Partnership Grant to enhance science education through the Working together to Improve Science Education (WISE) initiative. This partnership focuses on improving student proficiency in science, increasing raw scaled scores on the 5th-grade CST, and promoting significant growth in 4th-grade students' pre- and post-science tests for the 2007-08 academic year.
