DELTA • A delta is a landform that is formed at the mouth of a river were the river flows in a ocean, sea, estuary, lake, reservoir, flat arid area, or another river.
NIGER DELTA • The Niger delta, the delta of the Niger river, Nigeria. It’s a densely populated region sometimes called the oil rivers because it was once a major Palm oil producer.
