  6. MONEY SAVING TIPS • Hard wall booths which trap electrical services and equipment must have 24-hour accessibility for service. All exhibitors must supply access to the building electrical panels which reside behind all 10’X10’ booth lines. This means if a hard wall booth blocks access to the electrical panels residing behind them they must supply a 6’ high by 3’ wide opening for electrical service staff. Labor is required for: • All under-carpet distribution of electrical wiring. • All overhead distribution of electrical wiring, including coaxial cable, fiber optics, CAT5, etc., and the distribution of same from product to booth and from booth-to-booth. • Installation of electrical lighting packages anywhere but the front of the booth. If lighting packages are setup at the front of the booth, labor is included. If lighting needs to go in the back or along the sides, additional labor must be ordered.  • Straight time rates apply to labor calls between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Overtime rates apply to labor calls before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. A minimum charge of 1.5 hours is applicable to all labor requests. • Fax all order forms to our Order Processing Department at 702-733-5568
