  6. Appointment Times • -Appointments are from • March 23 – April 23 • -Ads Managers are available throughout the entire day: • 7:15-8:59 Before school/1st period • 10:06-10:55 3rd period • 11:56am-4:30pm 5th – after school

  7. Remember • Appointments are 15 minutes • Call 24 hours before your appointment to cancel • We keep copies of all contracts

  9. 350 pages of Ads • Limited space • Maximum number of blocks is 12 • Cost increases as number of blocks increases • Maximum size ad 9 blocks • Never on same page • In case of divorce, each parent can purchase up to 6 blocks

  11. Important Information • NO ORIGINAL PICTURES • NO Camera Ready Ads • Photo Quality Paper Only • Do Not Cut Photos – Use Sticky Notes • Scanned/digital images 300 dpi • No picture frames, albums, buttons, cut outs or paper copies • Bring any size photo, we can enlarge and shrink as necessary

  12. Remember!!! • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ORIGINAL PHOTOS. All photos will be thrown away following the completion and finalization of the Ads section of the yearbook.

  14. Contract Information All ads must be finalized including all picture changes made by ***Friday, September 17th***

  15. Proof Information • Ad proofs will be mailed to you by Tuesday, October 5th*** • Ads must be approved by Tuesday, October 19th*** • No second proofs will be sent • Photo replacements during proofs are $20 • Signature is required, even if correct

  16. Remember • Ads will not be accepted unless we have a photograph for each position and payment • Senior Photos – please let the Ads Manager know if you will be replacing a photo w/ sr. photo • Payment must be made at the time of the ad appointment
