  2. Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes are produced by connective tissue stem cells, skin, hair, bone, muscle, cartilage, and other connective tissues. Exosomes discovered in adult bone marrow, largely hematopoietic stem cell exosomes, differ significantly from exosomes found in amniotic fluid, essentially maternal epithelial cell exosomes. Thus, many extraordinary MSC exosome therapeutic advantages associated with stem cell therapy are the unique capacity to promote connective tissue formation.

  3. MSC-derived exosomes have the versatility and aptitude to interact with various cell types both locally and remotely to elicit appropriate cellular responses.   6. PROPERTIES 1. Anti-Inflammatory Properties- Anti-inflammatory proteins are upregulated, whereas inflammatory proteins are downregulated. MSC-derived exosomes can help to decrease inflammation. Many autoimmune inflammatory and degenerative diseases, as well as scarring, have this mechanism at their core.

Regenerative- By stimulating the proliferation and migration of cells such as fibroblasts, endothelial cells, keratinocytes, and specific endogenous progenitor cells involved in healing damaged tissues, MSC exosomes improve damaged tissue survival and speed wound healing and skin regeneration, and reduce scarring. 3. Tissue Remodelling and Regeneration- MSC-derived exosomes have been found to minimize apoptosis (programmed cell death), perhaps resulting in minor tissue damage resulting from disease or injury.
