  4. PRC Vision • Provide process leadership focused on adding value to SAE’s core products and services, while expanding the development of creative, innovative products and services. • Process reengineering and improvement workshops (Kaizens) • Facilitation consultation • Facilitated sessions

  5. Facilitated Sessions . . . . • Provide opportunities to develop clear objectives • Follow a very defined process for achieving objectives • Center on everyone’s involvement • Are designed to manage group dynamics • Build consensus among team members
