Motion to approve outgoing document • Having previously submitted 11-09-0871-03-000p as TGp’s request for conditional sponsor ballot approval and having subsequently completed a recirculation ballot and comment resolution process, • Approve document 11-09-0871-05-000p as TGp’s request for sponsor ballot approval.  • Moved: Seconded: Result: Lee Armstrong (US DoT)

  4. Motion to authorize recirculation and Sponsor Ballots • Having approved comment resolutions for all of the comments received from LB154 on TGp P802.11p D 8.0 as contained in document 11-09-0927-03-000p, • Instruct the editor to prepare Draft P802.11p D 9.0 incorporating these resolutions and, • Approve a 15 day Working Group Recirculation Ballot asking the question “Should TGp P802.11p D 9.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?”.  • Moved: Seconded: Result: Lee Armstrong (US DoT)
