  3. Some Questions to remember • How did you spend your holidays? • What are you looking forward to this semester? • Tell me about yourself. • What are you looking for in a sorority? The last one is a good way to talk about SK with a PNM. Remember, they want to get to know us too!

  4. Hard Questions Listen to the question so you understand what is being asked Restate the question to double check meaning of the question Answer the question to the best of your ability… remember you can say that you don’t know and ask someone else.

  5. Non verbal NO NO’s No eye contact & looking around the room Bad body posture Yawning Looking at your watch (it shouldn’t be there anyways!) Crossing your arms Treat them the way you like to be treated!!

  6. Our informal rush We are doing Violets in Bloom again We need to bring: New initiate pictures SK stuff (pictures, pillows, knicknacks) Letter shirts A drink (need to choose) Balloons Boxes

  7. What Kind of women do we want? Think about the type of people that you enjoy being around. They don’t have to be exactly like you or your friends in the sorority…..variety adds excitement to life! Think of qualities that appeal to you: Hardworking Responsible Fun Honest Loyal Lighthearted
