  2. CG Partnership: We provide a range of training and development opportunities in the north of Lincolnshire. We have centres in Market Rasen, Gainsborough and Mablethorpe. We are members of the Work Based Academy and we play a lead role in delivering Community Based Learning in Lincolnshire.

  3. The Work Based Academy: Who are we? Members organisation - not for profit limited company All local independent providers of Apprenticeships All local providers of Foundation Learning (E2E) - including LCC, YMCA, NACRO Local Colleges of FE What do we do? Influence decision makers Encourage innovation, quality and equality Where do we operate? Lincolnshire & Rutland East Midlands

  4. The Work Based Academy – What’s on Offer? WBA members are key players in the world of training and development in Lincolnshire and Rutland. Between them they offer: Apprenticeships Foundation Learning FE College Courses Nextstep IAG Job Centre + Programmes Management Training and Consultancy The WBA Board and Directors take care of the strategic links with Local Authorities and all the funding agencies to make sure our Counties get their fair share of the pots of funding available Nationally, Regionally and locally.

The Community Based Learning Providers The Community Based Learning Providers in Lincolnshire and Rutland are a diverse group of small organisations committed to providing personal development opportunities for people living in our two counties. The group include private organisations, charitable organisations and Community Interest Companies

The Community Based Learning Providers Our network includes: • CG Partnership (Market Rasen, Gainsborough and Mablethorpe) • Birchwood Access and Training Centre (Lincoln) • TaylorITEX (Boston and East Lindsey) • SkillsLinc (Lincoln) • The Deepings Community Trust (Market Rasen) • Riverside Training (Gainsborough) • Abbey Access Centre (Lincoln) ….. and many more !

The Community Based Learning Providers Our combined offer includes: • Literacy and Numeracy • Information, Advice and Guidance • Support for Apprenticeships • Personal and Community Development Programmes • Leisure Learning ….. and many more opportunities! … one of our network guys has recently described the network as “Lincolnshire Communiversity” !!
