  7. Part 2 – The Introduction Dear _________________, My name is ______ and I am a grade 10 student at St. Benedict Catholic District School. In our Civics class, we have been looking at the plan to install a roundabout at the corner of Saginaw Parkway and Franklin Avenue.

There are many reasons why the Region of Waterloo feels that a roundabout is good for the area.
