KWizCom Solutions Implemented

After exploring various helpdesk solutions for our SharePoint platform, we chose Microsoft’s application template. However, we quickly recognized the need for significant adjustments to address our information security requirements, particularly concerning group-based forms. Implementing KWizCom's SharePoint List Forms Extensions was a game-changer. The intuitive configuration of rules and seamless integration allowed us to effectively manage over 5000 tickets, tailoring views for users while eliminating security concerns. KWizCom's solution has significantly enhanced our data storage and presentation within SharePoint.
