Key Achievements • Support has been provided to the Black Sea Commission • TDA – completed and widely distributed, an interactive CD-version developed • BS SAP – technical draft completed, support in follow-up activities • LBSA Protocol – national capacity building workshops, incorporation of country comments into the final version

Key Achievements… • ICZM - Feasibility study, Pilot project, ICZM Strategy, analysis of ICZM policies in the Black Sea countries • Development and implementation (together with DABLAS and BSC Project Broker) of pilot investment projects in Mykolayiv and Crimea (Ukraine) • Support in the development of the Black Sea Monitoring and Assessment Programme (BSIMAP)

Key Achievements… … • Development and implementation of the Black Sea Vessel Traffic Oil Pollution Information System (VTOPIS) • Preparation and carrying out of 4 international research cruises in the Black Sea • Implementation of NGO training • Development and implementation of a 2-phased Small Grants Programme • Development of a Black Sea Educational Study Pack • Extensive outreach programme including BS Day campaigns
