Spring in my country

  2. Medium temperature • The medium temperature was 5,7 centigrade degrees in march, 11,1 centigrade degrees in april and 16,3 centigrade degrees in may.

Weather • The weather in March in Romania is normally still great for skiing but the weather starts to change and the snow normally melts . • weather in April in Romania can be sunny days and the dirt tracks can be dried out and you can be walking around the village. Or it can still be covered in snow. • The weather in May in Romania can be some of the nicest weather of the year, with warm sunny days.

  4. Events in spring • March: women’s day(8th march) • ziuamartisorului(1st march)=the boys give gifts to the girls • equinox(20th march) • April: palm Sunday( one week before Easter) • Easter • junii( one week after orthodox Easter) • May: work day(1st may)= free day

  5. plants • Galanthus (Snowdrop) is a small genus of about 20 species of bulbous herbaceous plants in the family Amaryllidaceous. Most flower rise in winter, but certain species flower in early spring. • The tulip is a perennial, bulbous plant with showy flowers in the genus Tulipa, of which around 75 wild species are currently accepted and which belongs to the family Liliaceae. It rise in April.

  6. animals • The white stork and swallow are migrator birds. They come every year in spring in our country for all the hot season (spring and summer).

  7. Clothes • In Romania, in spring the weather can be hot or it can be cold. So the clothes are very different. When is hot people wear t-shirts, shorts, dresses and skirts. When is cold they wear jackets and jeans.

  8. People activities • In spring, the farmers are very busy. They work the land for the summer, when the plants will east from the ground. They also must caring the trees and the animals.

  9. Natural phenomena • In spring it rains a lot, so the most common natural phenomena are lightings and thunders, but sometimes is snowing in march. Other times the wind is blowing. In may are a lot of floods
