  31. Outlook • Nuclear fission perspective is probably a tardy strategy with known collateral externalities. A new plant in Italy can be launched after 13-15 years; • Technological, political and economic efforts must be distributed in different areas: photovoltaic, solar thermal, bio-fuel, biomass, eolic, hydrogen, etc.; • Electric sector: distributed investments (photovoltaic, micro-cogeneration, etc.). • Individual and collective mobility.
