December 18, 2008 – RFP issued to twelve qualified vendors • March 20, 2009 – Conducted selection process and notified winning vendor - IBM • March/April 2009 – Negotiated contracts, including a Texas Based Call Center and Data Center. • April 8, 2009 – Conducted project kicked-off for Macro Design of M1, M2, and M3 requirements • Completed eight week Macro Design Phase • Produced architectural and business functionality blue print • Blue print supports design and development of M1, M2 and M3 • June 1, 2009 – Began Micro Design phase for M1 • Ten weeks in duration • Develops detailed design packages for all components of solution • Deliverables will be utilized for building and testing Project Progress To Date

May 21, 2009 – Issued Macro Design Security Audit RFP to eight qualified vendors • June 5, 2009 – Selected and notified winning vendor - EnerNex • June 8 – 19, 2009 – Conducted Macro Design Security Audit by outside security firm. • Scope focused on public web portal access, authentication services, portal registration, data storage, data volume transfers, data access, data privacy, identity management, and audit controls. • Produced detailed audit report identifying items that were good security features in the design, identified items to be added, and future security measures throughout the development, testing and deployment life cycle. • June 2009 – Integrated Security Audit findings into solution design as appropriate • June 2009 – Began scoping and designing for HAN functionality Project Progress To Date
