OBJECTIFS Découvrir les bonnes pratiques en matière d’accompagnement du patient en fin de vie et de son entourage tant en matière de soins et de soutien relationnel que dans les démarches administratives S’appuyer sur la règlementation en vigueur pour concilier les obligations réglementaires, le respect de la dignité du patient ainsi que l’attention et la sollicitude dues à son entourage, a sa culture, à sa religion. 3
