Creative economy implies media, knowledge, recreation, services, Internet, digital, and electronic commerce. These elements of creative economy are derived from technology innovations. Then, how are technology innovations possible? After all, they flourish on the basis of a naturally permeated and nourished science culture. Science Culture is the soil that nourishes creativity-based economy and gives growth to the creative class which could lead technological innovation.
