It was great the way you Youdid really well when...” Establish focus on objectives (personal and for group) “What did you want to achieve yourself? What was your personal goal? What did you want the group to be able to achieve at the end (i.e., competency)?” Visit through questions In trying to achieve your goals, what went well? “What about ........., how did that go? What would you do differently next time? What didn’t go to plan?” Invite contribution from the subject or group “What else did you think ......... did well? What about .........? How could that have been achieved?” Emphasise and summarisekey points raised: “Lots of useful things there – let me try to summarise them for you... (and briefly pick out the key issues)” What have you learned? What will you do now? “Thank learner.
