  6. Since Gome had already appeared on the market, we can say that Gome is an corporation, but in fact Gome is more like an Family enterprises. Because:

  8. Till now, Versace is still hold by miss Donatella Versace, there are a little shares hold by others. It is clearly the S corporation.
