  2. Death • Death occur in the book Oedipus rex , the movie The Boy with the stripped pajamas , and the song 42 by Coldplay.

  3. Oedipus rex connection to death • In the book Oedipus rex, death papers when jocasta found out that the fate of her son killing her farther and she would marry him came true. She could not bare the truth of finding out that she had married her son and then had children with him so she had taken her own life.

  4. Move connection with death • In the movie The Boy with the Stripped Pajamas death appears when a young boy named Bruno entered a concentration camp with a friend because he thought he was a fun place to be and they ended up doing into a death camber because they thought it was a place to go have fun and the solders in the camp had turned the cambers on and the young boys die.

  5. Death connection to music • In the song 42 by Coldplay death appears when someone has lost a friend and finds himself unable to deal with the lost of a friend, and spends a lot of times imagining they were still alive.

  6. Text-to-Self • Death occur in my life by when my grandmother died when I was just ten years old. I use to spend a lot of time with her. It has affected me in my life by my that it made me sad because I saw her get worse over time. She had old timers so it was harder for all of use. - Amber

  7. Text-To-Self • Death as occurred in my own life with the death of my Father and Grandmother over the summer. It has affected me and my family, The lost of them has made me very quite and makes me look at life in different way by making me appreciate the life I have. Death has occurred many other times with the death of other family members. - Erykah S.

  8. Text-to-Self • Death happen in my life when my pet bird died. It was sad because when I was little the bird would sing with you. She got very old than she died. - Amber

  9. Text-To-Self Another way death has been in my life is by the death of my fish Susie, She died from begin over feed. It affected me because I felt upset and bad because I was the cause of her death Erykah

  10. Conclusion • Death occur in the book Oedipus rex , the movie The Boy with the stripped pajamas , and the song 42 by Coldplay. Death also happens everyday to millions of people and affects people in many ways, death is not a good thing but death is something that one day everyone will have to face.
