About The international trade ( U.S & China ) • Trump started the trade war • China was punish by making more expensive product that the American consumer can provide. • They accused the U.S that they start a largest trade war with the tariffs of 25 percent on 34 billion • China biggest imports from America was aircraft, soybeans, and autos.
Three things that they will never agree on ( U.S & China ) • Intellectual property - U.S accuses China of stealing a property from the american firms forcing them to transfer tech to china • Market access - China economics has been built on success and how the will target people for companies • Made in China 2025 - U.S wants to have a fundamentally change to China market to be normal , China doesn't want that
Causes Effects • China produce many goods in a lower costs then any other countries. • A lower standard of living, which allows companies in China to pay lower wages to workers. • An exchange rate that is partially fixed to the dollar. • By China buying treasury from U.S it helped to keep U.S interest rate low. • U.S must either lower there the cost or go out of business to compete with chinese cheap goods.
