  4. Static encephalopathy • Brain Injury that is non-progressive manifested as disorder of posture and movement • Often associated with seizure disorder, speech difficulties, vision & cognitive dysfunction Definition

  6. Abnormal posture • Delay in attaining motor mile stones • Floppiness • Difficulty in swallowing/choking episode • Abnormal body movements • Seizure disorder • Big/small head • Visual/hearing difficulties Presentation
