Mr. Simmerer • Bachelors: Western Washington UniversityMasters: City University (Bellevue, WA) • Minor: EnglishMajor: Elementary Education • What I loved most about my college was it prepared me well to be a teacher. • My favorite thing/memory about middle school was field trips! • My favorite teacher was my 5th grade teacher because Mr. Posch had us do a lot of really fun projects. • What inspired me to become a teacher was I was lucky to have many great teachers. • My best advice in life for my students is listen to the people who believe in you, ignore the haters! • If I were president, I would make every day ”Simmer Down” Day! If I were stranded on a desert island and could only take 3 things, I would take…My family, guitar and pets. If I could have any superpower, I would be able to get in shape without exercising. The theme song of my life is “Another Brick in the Wall Part 2”. If they made a movie about my life, I would want James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano)to play my part. What I miss most about being a kid is the lack of responsibility. • Where’s Waldo?
