Investigation of Drell-Yan Production Using E-906 Spectrometer Arrays at Fermilab

This presentation details the Drell-Yan measurement efforts at the E-906 experiment utilizing various spectrometer stations. Focused on advanced tracking systems, including hodoscope arrays and drift chambers, the study analyzes particle trajectories and mass distributions of muons. Key results showcase the relationship between mass and transverse momentum (Pt) with a focus on both positive and negative muon tracks across bending and non-bending planes. Presented by ACU students Brandon Bowen, Brianna Edlund, and Tyler Hague during the APS DNP meeting in November 2010, Santa Fe.
