Telebehavioral Health Timeline • 2005 Implemented Child/Adolescent Telepsychiatry • 2006 Telepsych Expanded to Adult Population • 2008 Expanded to Outpatient Group, Individual, Psychosocial Rehab, PSH • 2010 Expanded to Level I/II Substance Use • 2011 Licensed Web-based Platform • 2013 Expanded to 8 Hospital ED’s • 2014 Expanded to Adult Redeploy MRT, Jail Services, Virtual Access Center www.ncbhs.org

Where We Are Today • Seven Polycom Interconnected Office Sites • Eight Hospital Web-based Platform Sites • One Polycom Supervised Residential Site • Using 3 Different Technology Formats: • Large Polycom Units – Telepresence Group Rooms • Individual Computer Polycom Software • Customized Web-based Platform January 1st Partnership to Serve Insurance Contracts Statewide Capability to Provide Telebehavioral Health Services Anywhere with a High Speed Internet Connection www.ncbhs.org
