  1. Special Class One Halloween Day! Today we learn about Halloween Day, and learn words like: • Dress up as, Scary, Costume, Neighbours, Knock, Door-to-door, Trick or Treat, Candy and Collect • Yeah!!!

  2. Dress up as – 打扮成 Costume – 服装 Scary – 恐怖的 Neighbours – 邻居 Door-to-door – 挨家挨户 Knock – 敲 Trick or Treat – 不招待就捣蛋

  3. Candy – 糖果 Collect – 收集 Fun – 乐趣

  4. Hey! Halloween Day is tomorrow right? • No! It’s on Friday October 31st. • I will dress up as Spiderman. What will be your costume? • I will dress up as a ghost. What time do we go for trick or treat? • How about in the night-time at 10:30pm.

  5. Or, early at sunset, so we can collect more candy. • But the neighbours will not be happy when we knockdoor-to-door at dinner time. • You’re right! Also, it will not be scary to go early when it’s not night-time. • Of course!

  6. On Halloween Day, I collected so much candy. • Really? How did you do that? • I dressed up as the Hulk. • Wow! Awesome! I got very little candy because I didn’t dress up as anything. • Whaaaat? Why nooot? You didn’t have anything to dress up like?

  7. I did, but did not have time. I finished homework at 11pm, so it was too late to knock on neighbours’ doors. • Hey! Don’t be sad. I will share my candies with you, but first you must tell me a scary story. • Ok! I’ve got a very good scary story about Trick or Treat.
