  3. Modules (Click “Modules -> Modules”) What mobile “Courses” are called Created automatically when content is published from PPT Developer No further administration typically required

  4. Users (Click “Users -> Users”) • Created 2 ways: • Individually • Bulk upload via CSV (Click “Users -> Users Import” • Assigned to Roles

  5. Roles (Click “Users -> Roles”) • Used to assign privileges and content access • One user may hold multiple • A typical sandbox user will have: • View User Results • View Own Results • Access Modules • Manage Modules (needed to publish content)

  6. Entries (Click “Modules -> Entries”) • Intersection of Roles and Modules • Determine Module access by holders of Roles • Select Module names under Role name and click “Permit” or “Deny”

  7. Activity • By Module • “Modules -> Activity” • Click “Results” after the module you want • By User: • Click “Users -> Users” • Click “Activity” after the user you want to track • Click “Results” after the module you want to see

  8. LMS Integration Click “AICC” link next to Module title Produces AICC “manifest” which can be published to any AICC compliant LMS
