IEEE Region 10 SAC/WIE/GOLD Facts • Total number of Bids # 5 • Singapore, Hyderabad, Madras, Bangalore and Karachi Section • Hyderabad, India is the venue! • July 11-14, 2013 – Holidays for majority of universities • Dates are not conflicting with any BoD meet and SC • Ramdhan month might be issue for few participants • 200 number of participants (maximum) • 40 Dignitaries are expected to attend the congress • Very Enthusiastic team and Full Support from Section

IEEE Region 10 SAC/WIE/GOLD Current Status • Registration for International Delegates (Outside India) is open now • Registration for delegates from India will follow soon • Visa can be potentially challenge for some countries, please identify the delegates for the congress now • Subsidised Registration Fees is $150 (includes accommodation, food etc) • Visit website http:// register.r10congress.org • Visa invitation letters shall be issues once the registration fees is paid
