Background • The infinitives SEAMOE Council (consist of 11 SEAMEO Education Ministers), High Official Meeting and Centre Director Meeting on student mobility in the region. • To prepare for integrating into ASEAN Community 2015. • Education Network improvement and potential for supporting the University/school partnership between 11 SEAMEO countries and beyond.

  3. Objective • To build collaborative study between Universities in Indonesia with Southeast Asian and beyond; • To improve the quality of education through collative teaching and learning; • To provide the opportunity for lecture/teacher to do the research together; • To do the lecture exchange • To support student mobility through student exchange • To share knowledge, culture, and values.

  4. Program • Collaborative in several study programs (IT, Civil engineering, Mechanic, Electro etc.) through the system of Open and Distance Learning. • Up load learning material and evaluation for students that involve (web based); • Have similar curriculum, standard of instruction and evaluation; • Collaborative through email and via video conference.

Program • Collaborative learning • Lecture/teacher exchange, based on the MoU and MoA has agreed and signed. • Student exchange based on MoU and MoA; • Training and project development/conduct together with lecture, director, rector and international Seminar; • Monitoring and evaluation; • Joint/degree and credit transfer.

  6. International University Partnership The Ministry of Science and Technology of Myanmar (MoST) and SEAMOLEC will conduct an International Workshop in Yangon on Sep 26-30, 2013. This workshop will be attended by: • Myanmar education institutions • Cambodian educational institutions • Indonesian educational institutions • Chinese educational institutions • Thailand educational institutions • Philippines educational institutions

Agenda Workshop • The Schedule On Oct 26-30, 2013, has approved by Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Myanmar • The workshop will be conducted atMyanmar Scientific and Technology Research Department, Yangon, under MoST • Presentation Profile; • Discussion and choice collaboration study program; • Develop Action Plan-Collaboration program; • Curriculum mapping Signing MoU, MoA; • Visit to partners University; • Cultural visit
