  3. Scope Call for Proposals for Social Experimentations (VP/2011/009) design, management and methods to evaluate social experimentations strategies to scale-up social experimentations and to generalise its results into broader policy measures cooperation and networking activities.

Ages 2.0 Objectives • determine the degree of social engagement that Easy PC enables and determine the health and well-being outcomes associated with Easy PC use; • determine the possibility of incorporating Easy PC as a social communication package for elderly people at territorial levels through a strategic up-scaling; • disseminate the results of the study at local, national and EU levels Determine whether a novel social media intervention (Easy PC), enhances the health and well-being of elderly in receipt of care through fostering social engagement and interaction.
