  2. CASO CLINICO Valores de creatinina, urea y bilirrubinas normales Se presenta paciente femenina de 4 años de edad a control, previo a transfusión sanguínea. Su historia clínica indica anemia normocítica normocrómica con reticulocitopenia desde el nacimiento, con nula respuesta a esteroides y remisión temporal por 6 meses a inmunosupresores. RBC: 2 570 000 /µl MCHC: 34.2 g/dL HGB: 7.34 g/dL RDW: 14.9 % HTO: 21.4 % MCV: 83.4 fl Leucocitos: 3 870 /µl MCH: 28.5 pg Plaquetas: 377 OOO /µI HERICKSON LUCAS PAHUA

  4. 1.-Responda la aseveración correcta La paciente cursa anemia de los padecimientos crónicos. La paciente presenta eritroblastopenia transitoria ocasionada por parvovirus B19. Corresponde a aplasia pura de serie roja. El tipo de anemia es conocida como Diamond-Blackfan. C y D son correctas. HERICKSON LUCAS PAHUA
