AQSIQ Registration Certificate Renewal Application By Justin Xu from China Recycling Inspection Service Co.,Ltd To enhance the supervision and management of the inspection and quarantine of imported raw waste materials, in 2004, the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as “AQSIQ”) adopted registration management measures with respect to overseas supplier enterprises that export raw waste materials to Mainland China regions. In accordance with the provisions of public announcements AQSIQ 2003 No. 115, 2004 No. 48 and 2005 No. 103, the following is a public announcement on issues related to completion of procedures for renewal of “Registration Certificate of Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Raw Waste Materials” upon its expiration: Justin Xu Skype: AQSIQ-Justin Email: Recycling@aqsiqgov.com Web: WWW.AQSIQ.ORG Mob(Whatsapp): 86-13575798844 An overseas supplier enterprise that applies for eligibility for renewal of registration shall submit the following written materials: (1) An “Application by overseas supplier enterprise of imported raw waste materials for registration” printed and completed in accordance with the requirements of AQSIQ 2005 Public Announcement No.103; (2) Notarizing Business registration documents and / or tax registration documents (photocopies); (3) Information such as floor plans of fixed office and processing spaces and photos (more than 3) and / or relevant video files that can comprehensively display the aforementioned spaces, etc.; (4) A photocopy of the original “Registration Certificate;” (5) Basic information on raw waste materials exported to Mainland China in the last 3 years (including the year in which application is filed for eligibility for registration renewal). Such information shall include items such as the types, quantities, weight, pre-shipment inspection pass ratio, port of arrival inspection and quarantine pass ratio of raw waste materials exported to Mainland China in the last 3 years, major export loading port, destination port for arriving shipments and the reasons for relevant registered types of raw waste materials not to be exported in relevant years, etc.; and shall submit photocopies of “Pre-shipment inspection sheet for raw waste materials shipped to China” each year based on the types of raw waste materials already registered and / or photocopies of “Customs clearance forms for imported raw waste materials” (at least one copy for each year and each type). When an overseas supplier enterprise that applies for eligibility for renewal registration concurrently applies for change of the registered address of the enterprise, it shall concurrently choose “Certificate replacement and review” and “Registration change” in the space for “Application form” on the “Application by overseas supplier enterprise of imported raw waste materials for registration.”
