DESCRIPTION

Join Hay River Health & Social Services in the Falls Prevention Virtual Learning Collaborative, led by Quality Improvement Coordinator Sheryl L. Courtoreille. Our goals include reducing falls incidence by 40% by March 2011 and ensuring 100% of inpatients receive Falls Risk Assessments. With focused change ideas and measures, we have seen a reduction in falls, moving from 17 to 4 in just a few months. Let's share our lessons learned and discuss next steps to sustain our progress.
