List of documents delivered by ESO • Drawing FE Design Space FEND-40.00.00.00-026-C (in electronic format) • Action 24 of the PM02 proposed to be closed • ESO-AEM TM 014 (2006-03-07):Rx Cabin cabinets views and HVAC questions • Action: AEM to give the relevant information • ESO-AEM TM 015 (2006-03-10): Product Tree ANTD-33-00.00.01.01-003-D-LIS • Action: AEM to update the Product Tree and submit the next update to ESO • ESO-AEM TM 016 (2006-03-29): Work Area Design • Actions 28 of AIL is closed - AEM to plan the meeting on site. - ESO to comment on the demands under points 10, 11, 12.

List of documents delivered by ESO (Cont’d) • ESO-AEM TM 017 (2006-03-29): AEM Planning • Action: AEM to update the planning and to consider the possibility to transmit to ESO the updated planning at the beginning of last week of each month in the future. • ESO-AEM TM 018 (2006-04-03): Documentation Numbering • AEM Documentation Numbering scheme described in the TM is agreed by ESO. • ESO expects from AEM to send all the new documents with a numbering in accordance with the mentioned Documentation Numbering system. • Action: discussion about the retroactive nature of this numbering system to the documents already received by ESO.

List of TM delivered by AEM to ESO since the PM 02 • AEM-ESO TM 004 (2006-03-09): Questions OSF Work Area • Action # 28 of PM 02 proposed to be closed by AEM • AEM-ESO TM 006 (2006-03-30): Documentation Numbering • Action # 26 of PM 02 proposed to be closed by AEM • AEM-ESO TM 007 (2006-03-30): ALMA Update of general planning • Action: AEM hereby confirms the possibility to transmit to ESO the updated planning during the last week of each month in the future. • AEM-ESO TM 008 (2006-03-31): ALMA List of Items or Subsystems to be qualified • Actions # 11 & 27 of PM 02 proposed to be closed by AEM
