This project analyzes internal and external communication at "Christmas in the Park," a community event featuring over 60 festive exhibits. The study involved data collection through interviews with board members and volunteers, examining the efficacy of communication flows and decision-making processes. Findings identified areas for improvement, including the need for organized meetings and enhanced public relations. Our action plan aims to foster better communication, support community engagement, and improve decision-making strategies within the organization.
