Integrate (IT Group) Migrations Contracts Group Sub Groups LLU WLR

  8. Rationale Single Structure Even if in two parts or back to back, much common Sub groups should report in Scope Bank is implicit in commercial debate -common interest Service Management is a key feed SSIG is really a technicians discuss and common interest – could usefully absorb IT Group Migrations is essentially the ‘customer test’ and should standalone for integrity Contracts should be common interest but sub divide if specialist nature. Scope / CSFs should be defined – so stands alone. ODM is really operational management and should feed Service Management Trade Associations should be in but not of the structure.

  9. Making it happen • Yet another sub group • Tight agenda and workshop • Define / confirm process; issue instructions • Find web site willing to host documentation • Create and publish ‘handbook / guide’ • Create (ideally on line) address list
