  1. On-Site Emergency Mock Drill PELLET PLANT Location: FO Line heater Date : 21.05.2016 Time : 3.30 PM.

  2. Scenario Considered for Emergency Declaration : Scenario:There was a fire in FO line heater due to leakage of FO through gaskets. Due to blazing flames the helper who was doing housekeeping work near the area sustained burn injuries & got fainted near due to heavy smoke/heat. The co-worker passed on this massage to the shift in-charge who intern passed on massage to the Incident Controller. The Emergency Controller on receiving massage from Incident Controller declared the emergency immediate after rushing to the emergency spot to have a immediate control on the emergency.

  5. Incident Controller and Emergency Controller rushing towards the emergency affected location.

  6. Emergency Controller instructing Control Room to declare the emergency

  7. Isolation and Rescue Team rushing to the incident spot

  8. Search and Rescue Team rescuing the victim

  9. First Aid Team giving first aid to the affected person.

  10. Fire Tender and Ambulance rushed to the emergency affected site.

  11. Affected person being sent shifted to OHC

  12. Fire Station crew controlling the fire emergency. Emergency Controller leading the operation.
