  2. CRITERIOS PARA REGISTRAR EDUCACIÓN FORMAL: para cuyo efecto se usarán letras del alfabeto a partir de la letra A correspondiente a nivel superior intermedio. Podrá llegar a la letra G que le corresponderá con PhD como el nivel de formación más alto vigente en el país. CAPACITACIÓN ESPECÍFICA: en seguridad y salud, es el rango expresado en número del 1 al 5, que se corresponderá con el número de horas de capacitación recibidas.

  16. TALLER Determinar si su empresa se necesita un Plan Mínimo de Prevención de Riesgos o un Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud. Determinar el Profesional de SSO según la tabla de competencias que necesita su empresa, considerando su tamaño y el número de centros de trabajo. Un Ingeniero Empresarial podría ser el responsable en su empresa? Cuántas horas de capacitación necesitaría? Revisar y comparar la Matriz de Riesgos del MRL y las implementadas en su empresa. Semejanzas y diferencias. Elaborar el borrador del Plan o Reglamento, según el caso. (revisar la normativa Andina para reglamentos).
