Why I like this Painting • I like this painting because in most landscape paintings I have seen the time is either night, sunrise, sunset, or during the day, but this painting is during the twilight hour. The way el Greco formed the clouds is interesting, as well. This painting illustrates a quaint picture of a Spanish renaissance town.

  5. Why I like the Painting • I like Bullfight, Suerte de Varasbecause the way Lucientes uses the colors makes the painting look somewhat like a photo. Secondly, he does not sugarcoat any of the details of a bullfight.

  7. Why I like this Painting • I like this painting because Rivera paints New York the center of the country and at the time the center of the world. I love visiting New York and think it is a fascinating place.
