  3. CRESTRON CONTROL MONITOR Tap screen once here to activate screen Tap screen a second time here to start system

  4. SELECT YOUR MEDIA SOURCE

  5. Smart System defaults to document camera

  6. DOCUMENT CAMERA Hold base Pull ring to extend camera arm

  7. DOCUMENT CAMERA Position camera to the base

  8. DOCUMENT CAMERA Press Auto Focus Press Power Button Press Light Button (if desired)

  9. Underneath The Smart Podium DVD Player VHS Player Desktop (must be powered manually)

  10. Laptop Connection Audio Connection VGA/LCD Connection

  11. Laptop Connection VGA/LCD Connection Audio Connection Audio Connection VGA/LCD Connection

  12. Smart Podium Shutdown Tap Complete Shutdown once to start 90 second countdown

  13. SHUTDOWN BEGINS

  14. SHUTDOWN ENDS
