On Day 6 with Mr. Harris, 8th graders engage in a review of pre-test materials focusing on American culture. BAVs • Work on BAV’s for our Chapter vocab • Following words should be completed • Hemisphere, Longitude, Latitude, Projection, Scale, Distort, Special-Purpose Map, Cardinal Directions • 8 total words (2 Sheets of paper using Front and Back)

Six Elements • Show Six Elements PPT • Each Group will get a different Element • You have 15-20 mins to come up with and direct/act in a 2/3 minute skit that describes or shows off your groups element. ALL MEMBERS must have some role. • Use pages 32 and 33 for help • Keep info a SECRET • Do not let other groups hear what Element you have. They must guess at the end.
