He's the owner of Kimo Home which specialises in bringing quality products into Ghana specifically in the home improvement area. • He transformed Kimo Home from a small retail shop into a Multi-Million company with over 100 employees and five outlets throughout Ghana. He did that applying the business coaching methods he learnt over the past five years and his facilitating of employee training has developed his team tremendously to create a culture that is constantly evolving and winning • Mohammed is a certified business coach with FocalPoint Coaching as powered by Brian Tracy. He is also a 360 solutions strategic partner which specializes in corporate training. • He combines his business know how and the coaching techniques of Focal Point and training methodology of 360 to help businesses and business leaders realize their fullest potential, give meaning to their every action and inspire all within the organization.
