  2. Coordinator Training Overview • Program Review Form Changes (10 min) • eLumen changes for all Faculty (10 min) • Coordinator-level training for managing eLumen (40 min) • Time to work on eLumen as coordinators (30 min).

Program Review Form Modifications for 2013-2014 • Program Review is now the principle archive of assessment and documents the College’s evaluation of Program and Course-level student learning. • Updated Course-level CTL form (2012-2013 PR cycle) • Modified Program-level Closing the Loop (CTL) form • Changes reflect need to document data-driven assessment and evaluation of program based on WASC. • Use eLumen data from course-level SLOs and course CTL forms to support PLO learning. • Modified SLO Calendar • Changes reflect need to document assessment cycle and reference prior-year PR submissions of CTL forms. • Added PLO assessment calendar.

  4. eLumen Changes for All Faculty • All faculty are assigned “MEMBER” status to a division and have access to their courses. • Faculty first need to link an assessment package to the courses they teach. • Faculty can determine whether to enter data by individual students or as class aggregate score by choosing either: • Declared Scoring (“Aggregate”) • Direct scoring (“Individual student scores”)

Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities • Point of Contact for discipline faculty questions. • Management of SLOs for discipline courses (ie: CLOs). • Mapping course SLOs to College-Wide Learning Goals • Mapping course SLOs to Program-level SLOs. • Running reports for Program Review • Ensure SLOs are communicated to students

Coordinator Training for Today • Point of Contact for discipline faculty questions. • Password resets • Answering questions about eLumen, inputting data & analyzing data. • Management of SLOs for discipline courses (ie: CLOs). • SLO editing • Entering new SLOs and rubrics • Revising old SLOs and rubrics • Inactivating or “SUPER-DELETING” outdated SLOs • Linking SLOs to courses • Modifying course level “assessment packages”
