This document outlines how Dudley CCG will discharge its statutory duties, including delegations to the governing body, mutual responsibilities of member practices, and standards of conduct. It sets out decision-making processes, membership terms, and incorporation of local arrangements. Key sections include committees, practice representatives, member responsibilities, and a register of interests. The inclusive process involves early discussions with the LMC, legal advice sought by the CCG Board, and member feedback incorporated into drafts before final approval. Engagement events and meetings provide opportunities for queries and sign-ups by mid-June.
