  5. 2-6-09 • Update sleep log. • With 14 days of data or more, calculate the mean. Total sleep divided by number of days = average or mean. Circle the mean. • Turn in completed sleep log, 30 points. • Complete make-up work: draw a dream, 10 pts and/or daydream, sleep functions and effects of sleep deprivation, 15 pts. • Choose a lap top, record number. • Log into the National Sleep Foundation site (www.sleepfoundation.org). Read teens and sleep and complete at least two survey/quizzes. Browse the site.
